This is going to require a machine shop. I think my best bet is to wait until I replace the machines. These are beat all to hell already. I might just do some body work on them for now. I have to wonder how doing this to new machines would effect the warranty.

Should not effect the warranty one bit, it's just installing a limiter to the cylinder stroke.
Quite a few of the new models have bucket levelers equipped on them, that might be worth the extra expense to keep damages to a minimum.

I think that the limiting shoulders on each cylinder will have to contact their stops at the same time so they would have to be machined after installation. There may be enough slop in the loader that “close is good enough” so maybe one of the guys that know will chime in.
If it was on the design table I would bet the engineers would want them contacting at same time

If available self levelling bucket is better answer than ram stops. There will be cost either way. Or just rent Bobcats, most operators learn after the first time of dumping on their head. Works best with manure.
Rentthis, I think Kurtee has the answer. Before renting equipment with front end loaders, operator has to have 15 minute safety course.
Have a pile of horse apples for them to play with. Ask them to load high enough to drop the load on them. If they laugh and say, "No way' they pass. If they dump the apples up the rate! Slow learners pay extra.
