Are you talking about the sway bars hitting the tires with nothing on the tractor? Or are you talking about the sway bars with an implement attached?

If you do not have an implement on the rear simply find a bungee cord the correct length and tie the 2 arms together.

If you are having the problem with an implement on the rear the sway bars need adjusted to stop the lateral movement left and right before they strike the tires.

And sometimes you have to turn the pins toward the inside and move them to the inside of the attachment points to narrow the arm spread a little.
