So here's the bracket. The diagram that I got shows the rear bracket tied to the front bracket. The rear bracket has a plate on the bottom. I think I'll have a channel iron to the bottom of the transaxle.

With the bracket bolted to the sides of the bell housing there's a gap of about an inch on the bottom. Do the side holes need to be redrilled or is it supposed to be like that?
