And no visible leaks :)

Well, a little premature on that statement, Both rear axle seals seem to drip.
Cleaned the shop floor and have small drip at each one after two days.

Hooked up the brakes, painted the exhaust, installed the front drive shaft,
installed all new zerks and greased everything.

Rear axle seals will wait, project is too close to start tearing it apart again :D

Finally got my replacement B2650!

Now with turf tires and kubota 1 3/8's wheel spacers.

It's in great shape, fresh off the factory floor!

Breaking it in nice and easy!
Congrats, long road to conclusion. Enjoy and break it in right!

they may seal themselves. Old school seals can dry out and not till you start using her and get the WHOLE seal re soaked in oil will it swell enough to start sealing again.

Keep your eye on it. Wipe drips clean often and keep watching levels. After a month or so of use if they've not sealed themselves then think about replacing them.

Find a bottle of ATP AT-205,and pour it in. That stuff works wonders. Have used it in transmissions, engines, power steering and hydraulics. If its just a stiff seal it will soften it.

A product made by the Justice Brothers for automatic transmissions worked wonders on expanding seals.

I had a '76 Chev truck I drove about 2000 miles a year. The transmission was leaking so I took it to a shop. The owner told me about the Justice Brothers product. I bought two cans and poured them in. I sold the truck about 15 years later and it never dripped or had any transmission work done to it.

A side note, Zeke Justice was from Paola, Ks. and was a good friend of my FIL Elmer Ingersoll who owned Ingersoll Machine Shop.

Getting ready for summer and made a new home for the BX. Debating on closing up the bottom on the sides and maybe the back. I like the drive through too though. What do you think close it up or drive through?

Tilled gardens again on BX. Moved grass clots to fill holes in old garage area. Planted tray of strawberries in new garden area. Seen fuel was getting close to being half empty and figured to fill up from fuel cans from winter with stabil mixed in. Used special screen funnel to filter out water which takes longer in one way but it kept up as fast as i could pour in funnel. Got to larger 5 gallon to fill up special marked gas can- has yellow duct tape around it. And looked in bottom of can and found the worse case crud in bottom that looked like something in bottom of brown vinegar bottle some called the mother. Looks like algae growth. Well on bright side that was reason of funnel to filter out crud. So next time out to tractor supply will have to pick up algaecide for diesel fuel to add to yellow can to fill it up for year around use.

Installed a LED Flasher Unit and tested it (works),
need a special electronic one for LED lights

Painted the hood, a few spots I am not happy with, may re-shoot the top center panel.
Never claimed to be an auto body specialist

Got the rear fenders primered, still a few areas need attention (spot putty) and another coat.
These were a mess; stress cracks, and rust

Packaged up my rear fender grab handles, Tuesday they are off to be re-chromed.

My son and his wife bought 12 acres just up the road and it's bordered by the creek on three sides. It's wonderful - real tall canopy of hardwoods and hemlock. I took my B6200 down today to see what needs grooming. We need trails for the horse . . . and a food plot for deer as it's a virtual hi-way.

Used the tractor to haul equipment around the yard (cement bags, water, tools, etc.).

Then used it to move my compost pile so I could build a new compost bin (one where I can fit the FEL into it :) )

Finished the day by greasing all the FEL zerks, removed the mower deck and sharpened the blades and greased those zerks. Checked all fluids and gave the machine a good once over.

I noticed the front ball joint boots are already cracking/split (actually notice about a week ago). Guess I need to call to see if I can get them replaced, or I'll just get the "upgrade" from ebay and do it myself.

I finally got a chance to work my tractor for the first time since I purchased it back in February. I used it to pull a disc for my 2 food plots yesterday. It worked well. I am very impressed with the B7100. So far, no issues after all of my upgrades and maintenance. That 4wd sure comes in handy!!

Mowed. And mowed some more. Huge yard. 60" three point did the job. Faster than my 23 hp husqvarnie, cuts wider, faster and on maybe 1/2 the fuel.
