I'm looking to buy a different tractor and I'm really looking for something that is reliable. In your opinion, what year/model is the most reliable? I really like this 2009 B2620 4wd with 250 hours that is for sale. What do you guys think, how much is it worth? Its in excellent condition and a mower deck is the only thing included. I'm open to other models as well.

Well only thing I can say is look at what I do with my 2013 B2620 here:
http://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34775

It has 625 hours now, and it works hard every one of those hours.

So far the only issues are:

Carlisle replaced my tires free of charge because the sidewalls all cracked. No leaks, but looked bad.

And the loader joystick broke off where it is only tack-welded to the base plate that the bolts go through. And now that square block that the joystick bolts to must be getting wore because it has some slop in it.
But I really use my loader probably more than these little tractors are designed for, LOL.

Everything else is perfect. Easy on fuel, easy to work on. No electronics.

B7100 Hands down...

But there are much newer models out there.

I honestly can't think of any "bad models", most all of them are good, some are just better than others.

Hours, Maintenance, Wear and Tear, Abuse or just plain use, can all play role in how good the tractor is.

I currently have a B1700 but I want something newer. I had a problem with my bi-speed which I couldn’t figure out but I eventually did. Before I tell you guys the price, I want you to guess. It’s extremely clean. What would you say my 1997 B1700 HST 4WD is worth? It is a 2 owner machine and has 930 hours. It’s not in excellent condition by no means but it looks nice for its age.

I have a 1981 B8200E that's still going strong after almost 40 years of mowing. I don't know how they compare to the B7100 you mentioned but it's been a real good tractor.

I also had a B7200HSD with a loader for many years it to was a real work horse for a little tractor.

The B models generally build one on the other - so usually a newer one will be as good as the older with some improvements. To me the question is how much money you have, then you buy the newest one you can afford. I'd say a brand new B2650 would be an excellent buy, but if you can't afford that then a B2630 is also a very good machine.

B1750.

Bought mine new in 1993, and it has needed absolutely nothing since I bought it. Nothing. Not so much as a fuse, fan belt, lamp, or hose. Nothing in over 26 years.

Yes, it does get good maintenance, is kept inside, and is not abused.

Very nice.

That’s the first Kubota I remember my dad having. Had 2 sets of tires. Ags and turfs. I remember it being a big deal when the newer tractor only needed 1 set (industrials) Lol.

I bought a B8200 new in 1985 with loader and mid-mount mower. Never had one thing go wrong with it. I changed oil, fuel, air filters and kept it in a barn. Sold it two summers ago because I had too many tractors. Still had original turf tires on it.

Had a B6100 bought new in 1980. Just used it for mowing. Same deal...replaced the clutch once because operator error, and fixed the cam plug.

I never had an offer for dealer supported insurance/warranty then. I never took either of those tractors to anyone for any service. I'm not sure if I bought a new Kubota today I'd bother with the expense of the dealer warranty.

B3200.

Hot Rod in Kubota Orange. All of Pros of the new B3350, none of the DPF issues.

If were talking new on a lot, B2650 is the only B I would buy.

Can't argue with that, Max.

I looked for a good used B3300 off and on for nearly two years before buying my B3350. None were to be found within reasonable buying distance.

After buying the B3350, they seem to be everywhere.

No. A B2650 does not have enough power.
