What are the symptoms of a HST pedal that is out of adjustment? Is it just "over run" when the tractor should be returning to neutral?

One way it can be out adjustment it will crawl / creep forward or in reverse when the pedal is in neutral.
Another way it will have a lot more forward to reverse or reverse to forward movement.

What kind of issue are you having?

If it is creeping you might want to get under and clean all the gunk from the linkage and there is a grease fitting there Im thinking and a shot of grease wouldn't hurt either,,, look for the simple stuff first

There is an adjustment screw which is intended to stop creep. Instructions are in the manual. If you want I will look it up and post.

Under the seat of the B7200. you need to remove 2 m8 bolts, remove a rectangular plate and there is a sloted screw which is for adjustment.
cheers

I was able to download the manual. What I am having issue with is more power/ top end in reverse than in forward. I am going to work on it a bit tomorrow.
