I am with geo.....

tell us what you have done! :)
did it ever work?
Have you checked to see if either speaker is working via another source?
There are fuses in the back of the radio, checked those?
Run down the list for us so we can help.
IF you had hissing in both speakers, then I would say you had antenna problems.......

could the fader have turned to front speakers only , when it should be for the rears only? or vices versa?

Also like Geo said - rats....them little buggers will mess up a one car funeral - chew into everything, check back behind the radio and see what you have there.

what brand of radio is it ? Kubota's or aftermarket ????

The factory radio in my M9000 just up and died. I mean like it worked fine when I parked it and when I started it the next day nothing. It caught me off guard because it had never acted up before. I know you pay a premium price for the factory system but it far from premium. It's more like a cheap wally world radio but the Kubota name makes it cost 3x more.

I cured my problem with one trip to the radio shop for a new Alpine.
