I've been considering upturning the exhaust pipe on the b1400 to give it
A more classic look I understand I have to extend the pipe so diesel
Doesn't blow in my face but I want to know if a flange/gasket replacement
Is required The flange is a 4 bolt square so it looks easy to upturn

I am sure that it is much like the B7100 series and many more - easy to turn up - make sure that you have a way to cap it, if/when it rains.

And as you extend it - what out for tree limbs!!!!!:D:)

Upturn success I actually used a piece of galvanised steel piping
Off an old trampoline clamped right except for a bit of grinding of
Body panel to get the pipe to fit upwards it looks way more classic
And sounds better too ps. I actually like the the sound of this 3 cyl
Diesel will do some driving clips and exhaust clips soon
