my name is Norbert ,mostly called Norby or Nobi and live in South/west Germany.
since six month I m spending my time on an B7000 rebuild
since this time I m a quite reader of this board and prechiate a lot of helpfull tips and informations.
started with re- wiring ,re-newing the brake shoes and the throw out bearing(new clutch by last owner) and know I ended up with the engine.
the oilpressure was almost gone and figured out that the blind cap of the cam shafts front end was disapeared and finally relocated at the oil sump.
the engine also sounded a little rough and mentioned a dripping injector.one failed the test today and the other is on it´s Limit.
placed the parts order today and hopefully have it finished by end of next week.
the only problem in my research is ,that I haven´t found any torque and adjustments specs of the Z650 yet.
so I hopefully calling in for help and advice to complete the job.
helpfull Information would be :
1. operating pressure of the injector (opening press)
2. torque injector to head
3. torque crankshaft main nut
actually all kind of torque specs and adjustment are welcome.
also tried the local dealer with no succes. they just know the new stuff.
