Hello i have a B2150HST it starts up with alittle black smoke then runs fine.When i try to move forward up hill it loses power let off revs back up fine but try again boggs down--if go reverse it seems alot better but not the power it once had. I have just taked off tank tank full of rust waiting for the restorer to clean and coat tank before i put it back on.Am i missing something?? Thx for any input Mike

If you had rust inside the tank you probably have rust in the fuel line up to the filter and in the filter.
If you haven’t replaced the lines and filter it would be a good thing to do to eliminate them as a problem.
You may have worn injectors that need to be repaired or replaced with good quality injectors.

The inlet to the filter housing could be plugged up too, pull the housing and thoroughly inspect and clean it. 
Then do a full bleeding of the fuel system to eliminate all air.
