1. Run a 3/8x2x? plate on each side from the rear top link pin to the top BB hole.

2. Replace the top hook bolts with pins. A. Invert the hook to grab the BB top pin. B. Or remove the hook, put the BB pin through it, and remount it to the QH.

PS. ...and get some bushings for those lower pins. Space the pins out with washers, or get longer ones if needed.

Do you have other 3ph equipment that needs the top hook that high? It looks like you could move it down a few holes and it would match, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a quick tach if you have to move the hook every time you change implements.

Cant you re-drill the holes and move the bottom pins down in the ballast box

I agree with bucktail. Not sure if you have the ability to weld or to have stuff welded, but I would modify the BB to fit the QH in the position that fits most of your other 3ph equipment that you already have, if you have any. I had the same issue with my rear blade attachment points not being the same as my other equipment and found out quite quickly that every time I used it, it took the "quick" out of the quick hitch. Not to mention it was a pain in the ... to switch the hook mount back and forth.
Just weld some plates the the sides of the existing ones and drill the holes where they are needed.

All my other attachments are configured to work with that top hook position. I picked up some QH bushings to space the lower pins out.

If I lower the hook, the front of the hook will hit the metal cross piece in front of the BB hole

Looks like you need to have some extensions welded to raise the mounting point. I did that to my blade. A lot of implements are not quick hitch compatible.

Are your lower pins already sitting in the cradles in those pics?

Are you trying to make the weight box quick hitch compatible, or do you just plan on manually pinning the top hook every time?

With your bottom pins already bottomed out, you'll never get it to be a QH setup without re-doing those too.

Had mine welded to make it QH compatible, never thought of the bolt on solution, which looks pretty slick.

Thanks for the suggestions folks! I'm going to try a bolt on solution 1st. Once I have it figured out, I'll bring it to my buddy for a weld on fix (I only have a little 110V lincoln)

I use one of these...from harbor freight
That looks a lot like what I'm trying to fabricate! Do you have the part number or HF link to that extension?

RanchX makes one and sells it on Amazon for a little less than $30.
Agri Supply also sells one for about $20....plus freight.
I got one with my quick hitch. It's needed to use a 3 point finish to let it float.

Tried this one

Didn't work, so I refined my bolt on mock up today:

Had to cut a 45 ° off my home made mount to clear the bolts on the QH hook - tried it out and no binding picking up and releasing!

I know it tilts back a little bit , but for a BB it should work fine

I bought a bottle of gas for my little Lincoln welder yesterday, so I may try to weld it in next weekend (I haven't struck an arc on the welder in many years)
