Welcome to the forum!
That is pretty normal on older Kubota tractors- worn, old seals allow leakdown. Does the 3 point work and lift fine? For instance, on my 1990 B7100, the arms will go down overnight, but it still lifts more than the front end weighs. So, it isn't worth the money to me to tear into it and fix something that is a minor inconvenience. I've owned my tractor for 4 years now, and it has not gotten any worse.
If it doesn't lift well, then it is bad enough to warrant tearing in to.

Ken,

I am with Hodge - it is going to leak down, almost ALL hydraulics do! The real answer is does it happen with the pump on.
My 1 year old BX will lay the backhoe on the ground unless I place the pins in. SO as long as it is lifting, I would except a little leak down and smile.

Nice machine. Like the seat.mine leaks down after a couple days, i try not to leave anything suspended on hydraulics for any period of time.
