Well I went down to my local dealer. I was talking (more like dreaming) to him about a new BX25. I really like the seat and the idea of the quick disconect of the FEL bucket and the ability of adding a fork lift and a front blade. Well to my dismay he said if you are happy with your BX24 you can just upgrade both items. The quick attach bracket will mount to my FEL and thus I will be able to use the system with mine. The bracket is around $300.00 I was thinking this isn't so bad. Then came the price of the seat.....they should have told me to have a seat first..........Wait for it..........$800.00 for a SEAT.

Well I could trade my BX24 and buy a new BX25D or get the upgrades for around $1100.00.

I just replace my seat on the bx2230 with one from Tractor supply. A lot more comfortable. Did have to modify 1 bolt hole, but it was only $89 , NOT $800.
