Hello,
please find some pics of a forestry trailer made froma Mengele self loading wagon LW20 to get heavy logs with 4 and 5 m length safely out of the forest and to pile them up so the truck can collect it easily.
The wagon was on sale on e bay for 280 € the crane was new from Reil & Eichinger / Sitright / Weimer it's a RE 4100 with 300 kg capacity in the grab at full reach. Priced at 6000 € new
The trailer has been reinforced with 2 square box tubes of 140 x 80 x 5 mm dimension, at the height of each pole transversal reinforcements of the same square tube have been welded in.
