Your L2000DT is really a Kubota L225DT, originally. I have a 1977 L225DT. Depending on the parts, they can be really hard to come by even in the salvage market. Messicks.com is a great resource for parts and manuals. I spent 8 years searching salvage yards for a used front differential as Kubota had long since ceased production of those parts. Southern Global Tractor is where i finally found one. Good luck with your new toy. This forum is a great place for answers; lots of fellas knowledgeable about all things orange. Welcome.

No, the 2250DT is not the same tractor. Its quite a few years newer than the L225DT/L2000DT. The L2000DT shares a lot of parts with the L175/L1500; these tractors have two cyllinder engines vs the three cyllinder engines our our tractors. Send a Serv Dept Vic here on this site a personal message and tell him what you need and he'll most likely be able to point ya in the right direction.
