Well, not FANTASIES- just toys. It would be nice if someone (preferably in my backyard) had a backhoe for a bx2200 that they were looking to put up for adoption. And a 12" one bottom plow. Oh, and a 3 pt seeder/spreader; anna little box blade; anna aerator; ooh, ooh, ooh, anna anna anna 3 pt post hole digger! I want more, Santa, but I don't want to be greedy! Ok, ok, a Red Ryder would be nice too!

I don't know that you're missing anything. I'm missing $3k, but that's on me. I'm just starting shopping, but could be that half of new is pricey for something used? I know a guy who bought a tractor AND backhoe for $3k. Maybe the bargain of the year, maybe not. But no more than we'd use it, it wouldn't have to be fancy. $3k is 5 weeks rental price. May just be cheaper to rent. Dunno
