I think these are pto pins, can be found in farm type stores

That pin wouldn't last half a day when I'm out pushing bush. Brush and bush branches would pick the clip open in about 10 minutes, then it's just a matter of time before the whole pin gets popped out to join all the linch pins I've donated to the bush. I prefer the original pins with a wind-on spring clip hole in their ends. A pain to change, but they stay put! And I've gotten pretty quick at adjusting them by now. If I was to end up using one of these it would have to have a cable on it tied to the tractor so it wouldn't get lost when it gets pushed out, like these:

Lost one of the retaining wires once, pin stayed in the stabilizer. I run a QH w/telescopic stabilizers and lost both lift arm lynch pins from the tractor. The QH/stabilizers kept the lift arms from falling off. Don't know how many days I ran it like that, only discovered it when under tractor looking for grease zerks.

Tried blowing snow and broke a shearbolt for no apparent reason. I spend more time fixing this blower than I get to use it and it's getting old. First stop tomorrow is to see if the dealer has a new blower in stock and get rid of this used pos.

Parked it in the garage.. dealer dropped it off today. Next task, running the rops lights in wire loom, and swapping out the 4” light brackets for 3” stainless ones. Still undecided about running lights on the blower housing.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the filters purpose?
To separate trash from the fuel. Injectors are picky and will stop working/wear if they are fed a steady diet of dirt and debris.
Its *cheap* insurance to a healthy tractor.
Here is a wide area mowers fuel filter from work. They get dirty. If the filter wasn’t there, all of the black crap would have went through the injectors.

Understood, but in one photo the fuel line isn't connected to anything, so I'm assuming the last photo doesn't show it connected.
Maybe he isn't done with the install? The hose on the left(not connected) should tie back into the inline fuel filter I'd bet.

Snowed blowed the back yard so I can start moving brush and scrap lumber to the burn pile spot. Tomorrow apparently I will be making a loop around the property for the pup.

Just got in from using the new blower and there is no comparison between the two. This one will throw snow 2-3 times further and faster than the old Blizzard blower. Wish i had included it in the tractor package originally.

Spent a few hours the past 3 days snowblowing and clearing the driveway. I love the combo of the blower and the rear blade. Finally found the perfect setting on the RB for the gravel driveway so it doesn't dig in too much but clears the last 1-1.5" left by the blower.

Now I need to look into a mod on the exhaust pipe to direct it AWAY from the blower.........besides the balck soot on the left side of the blower, it actually warms up that side of the blower which translates into snow sticking and freezing on the business side of the blower.........

Order one of these, it should stick right on the end. No clamp needed,

Perfect. Thank you, I was about to start looking for exactly this.....a small elbow to try various angles on to redirect the exhaust.

For $6 it is certainly worth a try !!!!

Appreciate it.
