It resembles more closely a modernized chariot than a tractor in my eyes. The guy is a nut not wearing more than a helmet, t-shirt and dungarees though.

Just goes to show that the desire to compete is universal & you can turn anything into a motorsport.
That does give new meaning to the old drag strip phrase "run what ya brung" though.
