B5100 compatibility

Not sure if this is the best place for this. Mods please move if necessary.

My question is which machines have compatible components with my B5100D? I found a B6000E with electric clutch, 60" mower, and aux hydraulics. Will these accessories work with my machine? I believe the B6000 has a reverse rotation engine/drivetrain. Is that correct? Thanks for any input.

Kubota is a Great tractor, I have had 3, BX23TLB, B3200TLB and now my Grand L3540. Best of luck with yours, it will be no issues if you keep it maintained as manual states.

Just about anything from a B6000 is not going to work very well on your model.
the deck and parts will work backwards because not only does the PTO turn the opposite direction so does the engine witch the electric clutch would run off of.

Look for parts and equipment off of B5100, B6100, B7100

OK. Thanks. That's the clarification I was looking for. So an electric clutch off any of those models will fit my 5100? The spline count and diameter of the crank is the same?

BTW why did Kubota build the 6000 to spin backwards?
