I was given a price of $27,750.00 for a L4701HST 4WD with a front end loader. Does anyone know the MSRP price? Is this a fair price?

looking at it on Kubota 's site .....it goes for $31,551....

so doing the typical math......(knock off about 10-12%) @12% $27,765......

So I would say - "get 'er done" !!!!:)

you'll wish you bought it 5 years ago! ;)

You will wonder what you did without it.

Tractors are like Swiss Army knives. There are a zillion attachments for them and they all offer utility. Whether digging post holes, dragging weeds, moving gravel or sand, or just hauling a bunch of boxes from the house to the barn in the loader bucket, these things are awesome.

My wife and I love Fall when we hitch up my little Polar Cub trailer to the tractor and toss in the chainsaws and clippers and go tree trimming for a couple of hours in the morning. We load the trailer up and then the loader and that's about all our dumpster can handle. Our yard looks better and we feel better.

You have come to a good resource for information on how to use your new machine. Give the Operator's Manual a once over and then feel free to ask away. No dumb questions here. We all started at zero.

Oh, and figure out how to upload pictures. We love "tractor porn." :)

Welcome and congratulations!

I am looking at the 4701 and have a price of $35,240 including BH92 and 3 remotes.

them hoes can be expensive ....... :p

typically on even the B series - you add 7K if not more and for the remotes...well depends on what type you chose.

based on the k.com price .....about 41K and then knock off 5k (10-12%) and you are in HIGH COTTON!

so I would say good deal and buy it nowwwwwwwww:)

Well I ordered the 4701 with the 765 loader, 2296 bucket, BH92 with 16" bucket on R4's. Three valves 1st L7221, 2nd L7222 and L7232
I didn't get the backhoe thumb or quick disconnect for the bucket.
Now the hard part, waiting until it's ready to come home.
I had to sell my trailer and upgrade to a 12K and that's not ready either.

The total damage was $35, 850

You SHOULD get the bucket quick attach (SSQA). If not, you'll be doing it someday in the future when it is harder or more expensive.
