Was given a L 225 by my Dad and hope to use it to bushhog trails and food plats . When Dad had it he had a front blade with power angling on it. My brother wanted it so I gave it to him to use. The problem is that the heavy 6’ bushhog would tip it up just trying to move forward. Wheelie are fun but make it had to steer. To help fix this I have bought a medium duty5’ bush hog. Hope this takes care of the wheelies but if not am thinking of weighting the front. Any suggestions and any body got a weight bracket and weights for sale?

You will need to weight the front end to get your steering back.

There is a guy on here (007kubotaguy) that seems to have parts from older models so you may private message him.

Else you should be able to fabricate one easily.

Heck look up the part number on Kubota.com and see if the dealer can still get it

I’ll look for his user name and then edit this post

007 user name correct now

Picked up a used 5’ bushhog today and had no problems carrying it but am going to make or pay a front weights. Was cold here 20f and 6-8” of snow.
