Hi all, I just got a new L6060. I had the dealer put 3 rear remotes on this unit for me. This is a Cab model. Question is 2 of the controls do not return to center when you let go of the. this is 1 and 2 they will dead head if I don't return them to center. #3 will always come back to center with no problem. Is this how they all work or did the dealer mess up the install and the linkage has a binding problem.

I don't know about the Grand L series but my L01 series had the following.

One is a Spring Center Valve, Not detented or self-canceling
and one is position Double Acting w/ Float Detent and one is
Double Acting w/ Self-Canceling Detent.

Usually in the order as far as positioning 1,2,3

Welcome to the OTT forum. Congrats on the new Grand L.

How much land are you working and what are you raising besides dust? :D

The dealer messed up. None of the valves available for the Grand Ls should ever allow for dead heading of the hydraulic system.

Are you at low idle when it dead heads?

My 9000 will do that at low idle sometimes but with it at high idle it works like it should.

For what it is worth here is the information about the rear remotes and what options are available.

Hopefully it will provided some value or assistance to the OP.

I've got a brand new Grand L6060 that I ordered 3 remotes with and none of them are ruff or stick in place. two of mine are float detent and it will stay there like it should but they will return to center as soon as you pull back a little and over the detent.

Sounds to me like they have the bolts too tight on the value body making the
controls bind. Try loosing them just a little.

Reminds me I still need to test mine. I have 3 rear remotes and hydraulic angle rear blade with TnT. Just having too much fun with the BH on to remove it and test! It will definitely get use in the late spring.
