Looking for a little help with the value of a 2010 Kubota MX5100 4WD HST w/ 230 hours in good condition? Everything works, it has 1 set of hydraulic lines out the back, HD construction bucket, bucket level indicator, R4 Industrial tires w/ 50% tread on the front & 75% on the rear. Rear tires are filled with Rimgaurd/beet juice. 200 hr maintenance has been done, new battery last year. No dents, few scuffs/scratches, otherwise everything else works and is in good condition. This isn't a garage show queen tractor, it has been outside some but hasn't been just left outside or in the winter. The paint has some fade.
I realize the value of something depends on the buyer and what it's worth to them. I'm more looking for a range of what in blue book terms this would be worth? Looking online, dealers have them at $23,500 - $26,000 for similar model years with similar equipped features. I realize dealers charge more than private individuals so that's why I'm asking.
