I'm looking at a 6200 in the next few days. It's an '84, not sure of the hours, it has a solid post hole digger, a belly mower, a rear scraper blade and everything is solid, not a bit of junk there. What kind of pricing can I expect to be adequate? Is the 6200 known as a good, solid unit? Adequate power for generalized tasks? Dependability?

We dont usually speculate to much on pricing around here. The price really all depends on the location of the tractor being soild and more or less a supply and demand sorta thing as well. If compact tractors are a saught after tractor in your aera expect to pay a bigger price. On the flip side if there's more compacts up for sale then needy buyer's, you might be able to pick one up for a steal.

You could pay as little as 2 grand for a hunk of junk or up too 5/6 grand for a well oiled machiene.
