fuel filter change question...

bought an early 70s L175 and it would appear the fluids and filters haven't been changed in a while...47 hours of use isn't much, but it was in 2003 when they were last changed.

Yes, 14 years ago, and the trans fluid wasn't changed then...

SO...I'm changing everything.

I know that air in the fuel system is a bad thing...it has a big spin on fuel filter..do I need to do anything other than change it? Like bleed or prime the fuel system?

you are going to need to bleed the system - look at this video of a kubota 4 cyl engine:
