Where would I look for an aftermarket Muffler for a L3450?

The price for a Kubota muffler is so high I will have to wear ear muffs for a few years before I can afford one.

Do you have a local tractor supply of some sort? They probably have mufflers. Whatever it takes to attach it to the exhaust manifold....weld, clamp, duct tape, superglue....and you're done!

I second d2cat's advise tractor supply, agrisupply, or even quite a few of the mom and pop farm and feed stores that sell implements should have them. Definitely tractor supply or agrisupply.

Picked up a new muffler for my l1501 at tractor supply. I think on the label the muffler was for a ford

Yea I faced the same issue, this is what I did, I made a S pipe to come out the factory hood hole.
You can see the pipe here and the muffler in the left rear of the photo.

Here is one with the flapper too.

Thank you all, good advice. I have not committed to one method of solving this issue yet, so any further advice/alternatives will be appreciated.

Yeah, there does not seem to be many of us. The L3450 is a great machine, i am having fun with mine.
I figured out, asked advise of someone local, I do not need a new muffler, the noise is just the noise of a diesel. It is terribly noisy. The L3450 is my first diesel.
