Kubota B7610 Won't Start

I'm not sure what's going on here but I was bushhogging this afternoon and hit a stump. The shear bolt did not snap and before I could raise the cutter, it had bogged the engine down. I disengaged the PTO and tried to restart. It won't do a thing. It's similar to what you would see if you tried to start it without pushing the clutch. Any ideas? Btw, I checked my fuses and didn't find anything there. The tractor is stuck in the middle of a field for now.

Figured it out. The HST pedal was apparently not in the neutral position. Glad it was not a catastrophic issue. And, since the shear bolt didn't break, I think it may be time to drop down one grade.
