Kubota B7610 Won't Start

I'm not sure what's going on here but I was bushhogging this afternoon and hit a stump. The shear bolt did not snap and before I could raise the cutter, it had bogged the engine down. I disengaged the PTO and tried to restart. It won't do a thing. It's similar to what you would see if you tried to start it without pushing the clutch. Any ideas? Btw, I checked my fuses and didn't find anything there. The tractor is stuck in the middle of a field for now. :(

So what your saying is, when your turning the key nothings happening right?
If that's it, did you double check that the PTO lever is in the off position?

Figured it out. The HST pedal was apparently not in the neutral position. Glad it was not a catastrophic issue. And, since the shear bolt didn't break, I think it may be time to drop down one grade.
