FYI: Before I pulled injectors I was only able to get 3 of four injector lines off of the output ports. With those three off, I cranked engine and each port shot out a little diesel one at a time from left to right (looked like rain drops going upwards.) I wasn't able to get the second port loosened.

I bled the lines at the pump.
That's probably all your problem is... You need to bleed the lines right at the injectors, or air in the lines will keep the injectors from working properly. ;)

So you think my injectors and pump are all good, I just had air in the lines between pump and injectors? Should I go ahead and have them checked out or put it back together and bleed air at injectors?

Get them checked and rebuilt if needed.
I bet with the hours on it, they will need it. ;)
But I don't think they are a real issue, I think you just had air in the lines.

Injectors checked out good. Any suggestions for reinstalling? Also, I took muffler and exhaust off to get to injectors, is it okay to leave it off while I bleed lines to the injectors? Tractor does have turbo.

Yes that will be fine for bleeding just don't run it without the exhaust on it. ;)

This may seem like a dumb response...So I can crank the engine in an effort to get air out of the lines that run to the injectors with the exhaust off but if it starts then turn it off immediately or can I proceed to the next injector and bleed it while it is still running?

I would recommend leaving the lines loose to all the injectors, and make sure they are tight at the injection pump.

Crank the motor over till you get good fuel to all the injectors. Then tighten the lines to the injectors.

Be sure to give your starter a chance to cool if it starts getting hot.

Agree with Daren, crank it with all lines loose at all the injectors, crank it till fuel comes out all of them and then I tighten them by hand while cranking, then wrench tighten.
If it starts quickly hand tighten them all, then shut it down, wrench tighten them and then reassemble the exhaust system.

I don't have the exact # but in the range of 35 to 55lbs seams to be the normal.

No luck. Installed injectors, bled lines at injectors, tractor started but blew heavy black smoke and would not increase Rpms. Loosened lines again and cranked and tractor would not start. I loosened the first line again and at that point it was not putting out diesel.

How long did you let it run?
Black means too much diesel, and yes if it's overloaded it won't increase RPM's till it leans out.
If your not getting fuel when bleeding , you either have a fuel delivery problem (plugged tank, filter, or bad lift pump), bad injection pump, bad fuel stop solenoid, or you have the manual stop pulled.

Disconnect the feed line to the injection pump and make sure fuel is moving when cranking.

Tractor runs without black smoke, but still has loss of power. It will turn 3000 Rpms but will not pull hill in high 4. Have to stop and shift to 1 to make it up hill. Noticed that at least one of the injectors is leaking diesel on to top of motor. The diesel is coming from injector and not injector line but. I'm going to pull exhaust and try tightening but I'm almost certain everything is good and tight.
