Hi.. I have tried under another thread but am not getting anywhere. I live in Europe and have what you call a gray tractor.. possibly a B1400 which according to the USA equivalent thread is a B7200 .. Its non HST. I need to replace the steering shaft/gear.. whatever but need to confirm the parts fit. I have the bottom bearing out of the box which gives the shaft diameter = 1.5cm and the diameter of the steering box inside which is 35mm but I need to ask someone with a B7200 if they could measure the box size where it bolts to the tractor body and the spacing of the bolts. The total length of the unit from the top of the box on the body to the top of the shaft would be good too. All the parts specialists I've spoken to seem to be reluctant to take anything out of a box to check it.. in fact doubt if theyve ever seen the parts in real life!!Feeling dispondent and ...
