I have been looking for a mmm for my tractor for a while now and came across this one. From doing research on here, it appears as though it will fit. I was just looking to confirm this is the right deck for my 04 b7800. What do you guys think of the price? He said he has all the attachments to mount it. Thanks again!

I helped a friend sell 3 new RC72-36 mowers.

The one issue I remember from the installation instructions that came with the new mowers was that the water drain for the clutch area needed to be changed for a flush style plug.

I do not know if it is applicable to your machine but it is the sort of item the previous owner may not even be aware of if the mower was installed at the dealer.

Thanks for the information. I'm looking at the mower deck to replace my old John Deere rider. I dont have a big yard but it's fairly flat. I thought it'd be easier and cheaper then buying a new rider. I've done some research on this site but has anyone mowed with this setup? I figured if it doesn't work out I should be able to get my money back.

I would buy a new rider, preferably zero turn. Putting a mid mount on these tractors makes them useless for anything else.
A smaller zero turn will be faster and probably can be had under 3 grand. For 11-12 hundred you can buy a new rider that will last for years.
Nothing wrong with the options available at Lowe's or Home Depot for the home owner.
