I have a 1999 L3010 that I really like but has no cab. Has anyone built there own and was it worth it. Pictures would be great...thanks
Yup, there is few more in here. There is five of them linked in the Fabrication forum's ULTIMATE Thread stuck to the top of this forum. Those stickies and searching is your friendsThanks for the reply Clim, that is un-real an excellent job
actually what you see here is EXACTLY how they exist where they are stored (phone? Tablet?) BUT they are also stored with EXIF data.. which tells what end is up. Tablets and phones can read EXIF..... forums can not. See https://www.howtogeek.com/254830/why-your-photos-dont-always-appear-correctly-rotated/ for more details. Here's a few pics of my homemade cab on my B7800, purely for function and not looks lol but it keeps me warm and dry and cost around $800 Canadian for everything.
For some reason these pictures rotate when ploaded, they are in the proper orientation prior to uploading. Not sure why this is happening....

Chim, super job. Went through all your build pictures, love it. Question, would 1/2 inch strips on the window frames rather then 3/4 work for gluing the Windows to. Already have 1/2 by 1/8 welded in on my door of latest project. Also, do use rubber stops to keep the glass from sliding down and resting on the bottom of the frame? Gravity never sleeps they say. Here's one of the many:

Although I made it to be removable in sections, I leave it on year round and just lift the doors off the pins. A "school bus driver" fan, tinted glass and no direct sun on me keep it livable in hot weather. I wouldn't turn down a cab with A/C though
