wanted 48'' brush hog

you want a 48".... & guys put them on there all the time..

but pretty sure that tractor is rated for a 42".. (like my B7200 was)

& thats real easy to come by. titan makes one in that size for the KUBO & it even comes in orange.

pretty sure it was $599 new when i bought it for mine.

brush hogs under 5' are hard to find used.

Not sure on prices of 42", i've been shopping for a 48" and the least expensive new i've found is rural king, $860.

Land Pride is $1200 and something.

I just got a quote a new titan, cash and carry (no setup or delivery) for $850. Probably what I'm gonna do.

Used ones run what, $500,600 in decent shape and you're taking a gamble to some degree. $200ish for a gear box if needed, maybe blades and $100 for a shaft if it's not inlcuded...

Did find a guy with a landpride 48 in NY state, asking $700. But it's a 6-7 hour round trip for me...vs 45 minutes and a warranty..

finding them is all about where you look/live.

im in a rural area so things like that are around every where. i even found 3' bush hogs here in southern Ohio.

dont want to do a for sale ad in his post...

but ive got a 1 year old TITAN 42" that works perfect on b6100, 7100,7200 & worked great on the B2601...

moved up to a bigger tractor & would like to go to a 5'..
