Found 4 R1 Tires and wheels for L series. The guy is asking 1,000 for them tread looks good I have no idea what new price is. What do you'll think?

Depends on date of manufacturer, and condition of dry rot, checking, and cracking.
$1000 can put you close to a brand new set.

What size L?
Not all L's take the same tire size and the rim can vary even with the same tire size between models.

I got 7x16 6 ply last year for $108 each mounted with tubes. Didn't even price rears.
