PTO on a 1985 L355ss

I'm new at this tractor stuff so please bear with me. Does the l355ss have a PTO that doesn't drive the tractor forward when put in neutral I had a massey harris TO35 deluxe that had the live PTO with dual stage clutch that didn't drive the tractor when stopping and put in neutral. I'm still waiting for the operators manual so i'm not sure of this issue. Kubota is getting delivered this week so I figured I'd get a heads up. Thanks in advance

When the clutch is depressed the engine continues to run, the tractor no longer has power to propel it's self, until the operator releases the clutch. The PTO can continue to rotate without propelling the machine forward.
