It should be located in the three point valve on that unit.
Most of the time it's not a pressure relief issue that causes them to blow a seal, it's usually a worn pump or a dead heading issue.
Has anything been added to the tractor hydraulic system like a loader?
Yes all Kubotas have a pressure relief valve somewhere in the system, if not several as they are an open hydraulic system.

Search the net, but I would't hold my breath as most grey's have little to no documentation on them.
