Yesterday my bx2660 2012 with about 300 hours, developed a vibration. no attachments, not moving, I feel it around 2000 rpm. Very slight, but there.

I can feel it in the steering wheel and through the seat.

Any ideas?

I'd first check your fans (hydro and radiator) and your fan belt for any signs of wear or buildup.

Vibration in seat and steering wheel. ?

Suggest gloves and a gel seat pad.......

No implement attached w/ the PTO engaged? Noted!.

Could it have been the phone in back pocket?

Why sit still @ 2000 rpm and no implement attached?

The bx has a tendency to vibrate on a side hill, the motor leans over and touches a bracket,, quite common. Raise the hood and look for something barely touching the motor.

I noticed it When mowing. I stopped, disengaged the MMM, and throttled up slowly to see if it was the mower, that is why I was sitting still with no implement attached at 2000 rpm.

checked the fans and belts,

I have noticed it is at idle as well. Think I will check the injectors

Check the drive shaft between engine and HST for looseness. Check the coupler mounting bolts at the engine, 3 of them, each has a 12mm head as I recall. Seen a few folks post recently about them being loose and/or missing.

Checked the coupling bolts, I got about a quarter turn on one, others ere tight.
A little bit of runout on the driveshaft but not excessive. There was a buildup of grass between the shaft and the plate under it. no play in the shaft.

Vibration is interment. I used it for about an hour or so yesterday and only once, for about 5 minutes did I have the vibration.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will keep on searching.
