Yes very easy, go on Ebay and buy one and install it.
You don't use the OBD port (which on Kubota's are not standard), just power.
I have over 20 on my equipment. You just have to find a place on the machine where you can aim one side of it toward the sky and connect pos and neg. The best place on a tractor is usually under the plastic dash. I use Goldstar GPS. they have very reasonable prices. Check out their car lot device.
