I must have ordered the wrong part number, I wanted the Piranha with the sharp teeth!

This one is definitely not what I was thinking

Hopefully BXpanded has good customer service...

That's more like a piranha in need of dentures! :D

Oh man:eek:, I can only imagine the look on your face when that showed up. I wouldn't think you'd have any problems exchanging it for the right one, they seem like a very good company to deal with.

Yep, they shipped it too early trying to meet your deadline. They omitted the last stage of the process!

oh man.

Now you made me nervous. I just placed an order yesterday for the Piranha tooth bar. I hope they don't send me toothless variety.

I have an ATI tooth bar already that is great for grubbing boulders, but I really wanted to try the cutting variety like the Piranha. We'll see which one winds up staying on the bucket.

Jeep: approx how long did it take to get yours once the order was placed?

I ordered it 3/21 and it shipped a week later. so 12 days total.

I double checked and I actually ordered the straight bar by accident, so it's my fault not theirs...

Thanks. It will likely be too wet here anyway to put them to use for a while.

I asked them to throw in some relief valve shims as well and they said they would.

Nice! I got a gauge kit from them over a year ago and it came with various shims. I measured right around 1800 PSI so I didn't add shims. Let us know how they work out!

I checked and the bucket edge got warn a little from pushing snow last winter, so I decided to keep toothless, for snow pushing/plowing! I'll order the proper toothed piranha tomorrow...

I mocked up installation this evening. BTW - the edge is sharp and heavy (around 45lbs) it fell off when I was putting it on and it dented my work boot!

I'm new to the community and to owning an orange tractor(B2601). I see in your picture here you have a chain hook and clevis on the top of your bucket. I was wondering where you got those from?

Mine was ordered on 4/2/19. I still have not heard a peep from them despite sending them a request 10 days later to let me know when they may have a tentative shipping date.

I had also sent two information requests before I purchased. They didn't respond to either of those contact emails from their website.

As such, they may have a wonderful product but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Not real sure how long it took to get mins but it didn't seen to take very long. When all else fails pick up the phone and give them a call next best thing to a face to face. My experience with them was very good. Good luck and let us know what you find out.

I ordered a 58.5" Piranha for the 60" wide bucket on my B7800 on 03/28/19.
It shipped on 04/09/19 and I received it on 04/12/19.

I sent an email inquiry to them on 04/02/19 and did not receive a response until
04/11/19, one day before I received my Piranha Bar.

I'll give them some more time. I'm sure that they are getting swamped with people itching to get spring jobs done.

I really won't be able to use it for a while anyway with all this damn rain we've been getting. My yard is a lake.
