Added tie-points on my BX1870-1 ... 5000# standard bolt-on d-rings that almost perfectly fit the existing bolts over the front wheels ... only had to enlarge holes of +/- 1/16. At 6$ each can't expect better for the price ;-)

One thing to note:

Was the D-ring welded together, most cheap D-rings are not and that is their failure point. ;)

I looked these up at our local (ish) Princess Auto store. The picture shows one 1 1/2" unit exactly like yours, "5000 LBS MBS" and says 1,666 lb safe working load. 5000 lbs is breaking strength.
https://www.princessauto.com/en/detail/1-1-2-in-surface-mount-tie-down-anchor-ring/A-p8348047e

They also carry a 2 1/2" 3,666 lb safe working load tie down:

If the bolt holes are a match for either I would be inclined to get the 2 1/2" 3666 lb working load unit.

What's the measurement between the mount holes on your tie downs?

I believe mine are the same as the first Princess Auto link. I picked them up at Tractor Supply in Michigan. I won't be near my tractor until May so I can't help out with the measurements. I can tell you that I have the same tractor as you do and I haul it on a 16 ft car hauler. I know I have the bigger tie downs on my trailer. I installed those so the tie straps would clear the loader bucket and backhoe. All the tie downs have worked great. Way better than trying to find a hooking spot on the tractor frame or backhoe frame. I had to drill some of the holes but that is really not an issue. No difficulty there.

Not sure where you obtained yours, but my local TSC carried ones that fit the from front frame bolts on both my BX1870-1 and BX23S. Just had to paint them.

I used D rings like that, bolted back to back inside and on top of my loader bucket.. They are rated for more than the loader is rated to lift..

I made sure to use bolts that were grade 5 or 8... Forget which now..

With the D rings I use trailer safety chains to do most of the lifting I need to do.. They are 4' long with hooks on both ends.. Again rated for more than the loader is rated..

I also use large and small D rings at various locations on my 5'6" x 10' trailer where they are the most handy..

I went with the larger 10k lb D-rings for my BX. Used one existing hole on the front and drilled the other holes. Angled them so the tie downs pull squarely on them.
