eBay had the best prices that I have found they are hard to find used. There was an add a few weeks ago on craigslist in western mass that had 2 used it may still be there. $300 a tire is tough to swallow but they should last a very long time. I believe the tires on my old 7100d are over 30 years old, dry rotted but still hold air! I'll wait for them to blow out before I spring the $600

Thanks OldeEnglish, If that guy in Mass is asking $300 ea, (used), I believe he'll have-em a long time. I can buy them new for $220 ea w/free shpn'g. And probably that's what I'm going to have to do... As much as it pains me since I really don't use the "K" that much, bought it mostly as a toy. But ya know what they say about Men & Boys the price of their toys.
I familiar with the tires lasting, last fall I just replace the 4 on my 1954 Wheel Horse. The backs were sooo hard that if the tractor bogged down the wheels would spin and the tires remained still. Maybe that didn't look funny.

I think the used set was around $200 for the pair. Let me know where you can get them for $220 a tire! That's not bad better than $300 on eBay. I was going to check with a local tire guy, but they seem to be expensive side even for car tires. When I buy some tires I'll probably go for the 10 ply for extra strength. I'm not sure what's on my tractor now.....
