Not to be misleading, all three cylinders are indeed present but after rebuilding much of the engine on by B7200, my #2 cylinder does not like to fire. I do see fuel residue coming out the exhaust (checked before I had installed the exhaust manifold) and as the engine warms up, I can rev it and relax it again and get that cylinder to fire mostly.

Somebody else had torn down the engine to get at a stripped set of gears in the gear case. They had allowed the injectors and the pump to get wet. I used a rust removal liquid on many of the parts (some partially disassembled). Upon assembly, I mounted the pump but affixed the injectors outboard so I could see them operate. #1 & #3 sprayed well enough but #2 rather squirted instead. I put it all together to see if it would kick over and got the symptoms described above.

So I switched the #1 & #2 injectors but the problem did not follow the injector. This implies maybe a weak #2 pump?

Thoughts?
