I'm not one to "restore" a working tool like this tractor. In fact, I like it a bit rough so I don't worry about scraps and dents, it happens. But the previous owner dumped a load of large rock over the back of the bucket while lifting high, and it caved in the front of the hood, destroying both hook and headlight assembly. It's beat out to a workable shape, but it makes the tractor look worse than it is.
I don't care for a 100 pt show hood in glossy original paint. But if anyone has a serviceable hook. All I'm looking for is relatively straight and not too much money. Faded/oxidized is actually preferred since it will look right at home. Minor dings are ok. With a new hood, it would look like an old sun baked tractor. As it is, it looks like it should be in a wrecking yard.
