Question about B5000 rectifier

Hi,

I am new to this forum and are overhauling a B5000 4x4.The question is the rectifier has 4 leads. What is or does the blue wire??? Ground???

Who can help me.

Can you advise on the wire(s) coming from the alternator. How many? All the same size? All coming from the same place on Alternator?
Am I correct in counting 6 bumps on the case of the rectifier?

That's correct Dave 6 bumps
3 wires from alternator same size

What was the blue wire connected to before removing the rectifier?

Hi,

It was not connected. Just 3 of them were connected. There was no voltage with running motor when I tested it.
