Default L4350DT - Ticking/clicking from Clutch housing

Anyone familiar with a noise coming from the Clutch housing on a L4350DT or similar model? It almost sounds like a lifter but is definitely coming from CLutch area not motor. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably the throw out bearing, does the noise change when you step on the clutch pedal?

No the noise only changes with revs on the engine, it is very consistent and pretty loud.

Next guess would be that the clutch or pressure plate is coming undone.
