What size brushhog for a B2650. Also does a brush hog act as a mower in general for regular grass too. I need something universal.

A rotary cutter (brush hog)
is used to cut heavy grass, weeds and the odd sapling.
A mower is just that, finish or lawn type cutting!
Anyways a rotary cutter or most rear implements, besides a blade or finish mower should cover the outsides of the rear tires or tire track as a minimum.

What's the difference between wheelbase and width? There are two different dimensions for the tractor on the website. I am out of town or I would go measure my tractor.
Wheel base is side profile of unit, center to center of front to rear axles.
Width is basically widest point of unit from end profile. Some dimensions show rear tire width. If memory serves Kubota uses R1 tires for most of measurements in their propaganda. R4 tires will be the widest tire package.

You can use a bush hog as a finish mower, if you use it often, and keep the blades much sharper than if used for brush mowing...
1970cs, this statement, " If memory serves Kubota uses R1 tires for most of measurements in their propaganda." does not sound like something a dealer would say!
Yep that was my statement! I say that because I vend for New Holland, Massey Ferguson and Kubota amongst many other suppliers too! And trying to remember every spec on every zero turn, tractor, RTV and F series is a daunting task.
Forgive me, checking the Kubota brochures has anything above and including a B series measured with AG tires and BX series bar, turf and industrials as one measurement.
