I`m about to pull the trigger for a new BX23S for $19,999.00
I`m getting the tractor, loaded R4 tires, front loader, backhoe w/16in scoop, 3 point hitch, land pride back blade.

Does this sound like a decent price, or can i do better

Would it be wise for me to buy the cutter blade for the front end loader... what does that cost.

I was a former owner of orange yrs ago... 1983 B7100 w/loader only.
It spent more time at the dealer for repairs longer than in my garage... couldn`t keep ring/pinion in the front end, kept breaking.
So, that left an awful ORANGE taste in my mouth for a long time, but recently the BX23S is what i`d like to get, as long as it will be a good tractor.

EDIT Added: (no charge to customer) loaded R4 tires w/stainless valves

I was quoted $19,200 for just the tractor plus tax. 20k sounds like a fair price IMO. Still haven't pulled the trigger yet.
Ps I have an 86' B8200 and it's been great!

I felt i was being pushed into buying an extra implement just to get the kabota rebate, which i was told by the dealer that its $1000.00 rebate on the tractor but only if buy the added implement.

I dont really want the back blade because i really have no use for it, but that was the only way i could qualify for the rebate. The dealer already thru in the 3pt hitch before i had said anything about the back blade in the deal, so the 3pt hitch is still coming with the tractor for free regardless.

Anyway, i`m having thoughts before i sign the contract this coming saturday... i think i`m going to call the dealer in the morning and see what kind of money difference there is if i were to get the 60" mower deck instead of the back blade. If i have to pay a little extra, i`m thinkin the deck would only cost me about $800 because of the rebate. Even if i never use the deck, i could possibly sell it for more than i have into it. I dont need the mowing deck because i have a JD with a 60" deck that i`m very happy with for mowing.

What to do, what to doooooo...

PaPow, the cutting edge is a $114 option from Kubota,

I just got quoted $20k for the BX23S, w/SSQA, Rod Indicator, Cutting Edge, 3pt-hitch, Thumb, 16in bucked, Loaded R4's, and 60in rear blade, didn't do as good as I've seen on here but still think I did pretty good especially since everyone says living in the north east don't get as much discounts.

I'm waiting to take delivery of my BX23S. They have to try to get one from another dealer because ordering one would take until September supposedly.

Ended up trading my 86' B8200 with FEL on the BX23s with Quick Attach, rod indicator, block heater, 3 point, 12" bucket, R4's, and landpride post hole digger and 15k to boot. Around me dealerships aren't budging off the MSRP much because the demand is high so taking that into account I am happy with the deal. Its only $300 of the BX23s and $700 off any implement rebate by the way. Still $1,000 off but its exclusive to the BX23s the way its split like that.

Just hope they can find a tractor before the end of the month or I may lose out on the 0% for 84 months which I qualified for.....I think they need the serial number to lock in the financing contract which is kinda hard to do when they don't have a tractor LOL.

Very true....and we have a john deere dealership every 30 miles. Kubota in this state isn't very popular, seems most of our state bleeds green

Both dealers 30min from me have several BX23S and BX25D's in stock but I'm in the north east in NH. Guess I should consider myself lucky, plus dealer said I'll be the first to order a 16in bucket, hopefully I don't make the wrong choice.

Just got a quote for BX23S TLB, 3 point hitch, and 60" drive over mower for 19,700. Seems pretty good!

If that's including the SSQA then yea that's a hell of a deal, I would have bought a mower if I could have gotten that deal.

Hi all, I just purchase my first Kubota, BX23S with 3 point hitch,60 inch drive over deck, thumb and 12 inch bucket for 21250 plus taxes. I'm not to sure on the new loader mount, it seems not to tight where latches lock it to tractor. Welds on front carriage have no penetration on bars that move loader stand. Wet back to dealer after first night at home. Deck belt guard lost the thumb nuts second time I mowed with it. Dealer has been great so far. Put a 48 inch woods on back and without loader tractor is light in front. Guess we will be adding weight to it. All ready got a piranha tooth bar, which is awesome. Ripper tooth and trench bucket along with backhoe dolly shipped yesterday. I will be doing something different with outrigger pads as they don't hold very good and sink in to easily. Sorry to be so long winded.
