Hi I need some help getting my three point hitch working. The previous owner cut the lower lift arms off!

I already purchased one set and I think I got the wrong ones. The widest they will open up is around 23". Not the 26"-27" I need to fit my scraper blade.

This was the part that does not work.
W-LA-235 from compactractorparts.com (Cant post links yet)

They also sell longer ones and bent ones. I just dont know what to go with. Also what other parts am I missing? I have a Top link that I think will work. What else?

Can you post a picture with the 3 point arms you purchased installed on the tractor? Also post the measurements of the new arms. I keep the backhoe on my b7100 so I have the 3 point arms hanging in the shed. I can measure them for length.

Hi longbow - welcome to another B7100 owner. There are lots of them here.***128512;
Do you have 4 or 6 bolt front wheels? That helps establish which era your tractor was built. Mine has 6 bolts. Here is a photo from the rear without any attachments.
In addition to new arms, you are missing the turnbuckles that control side to side movement, the handle to adjust the right side lift arm, and the chain to support a raised implement (I think, I haven’t ever used that).
Did the previous owner just use this tractor to tow something?

Here are more pics of the tractor with the lift arms I purchased.

It is 2wd 4 lug in the front.

I think the previous owner just used it to cut grass. I have a rear scraper blade that I would like to do some minor driveway snow removal with this winter.

Here are the parts I have circled in red. And a measurement pic.

I purchased stabilizer chains and arms from compactractorparts and a toplink from tractor supply.

Longbow - for what it's worth, I have that TSC toplink for my BX.

It's just a tad long for my box blade, and had to get a shorter (13" barrel?) one from another place to give some decent adjustability - since I probably need 3" of travel to change aspect of the BB.

Your new lift arms may be longer - so may be no issue. Just wanted to point it out just in case......

Good Luck!

Are the brackets on the tractor end of the 3 point arms restricting the movement of the arms when you try to spread them outward? I have included a pict of your tractor with an arrow added to show what I am asking.

Those "brackets" are the lifting arms for the MMM - IF there is no mower on the tractor, remove them. They do restrict a bit, specially if they are beat up a bit. I have a pair that I had to beat the hell out of to make work.

Yes they do restrict back and forth movement. I use this tractor as my primary mower but will be removing the deck for winter but would prefer to not have remove the brackets. There should be a way to do this without taking them off. Possibly tractors with brackets require the bent arms?

There is a different style of bracket that does not restrict the side to side movement. This pict is from the Kubota parts sit for a RCK60-24B mower. They should fit your tractor. Looks like around $50.00 each. When I had a mmm on my B7100 hst I made a set that worked and did not restrict the movement. However sold that tractor a few years ago so cannot give picture.
