My tach just spins in circles. Is there any diy fix or do I need a whole new tach? If so wheres the best place to find one?

Hi Orange welcome to the forum. Chances are it is just the tach cable.There should be a thick rubber covered cable coming from the tachometer to the engine. Check to see if one end or the other is broken.
Good luck and keep us posted. Dusty OK can that Idea if your tach is just spinning then I would think it would be the tach itself. Parts at Kubota dealer, Ebay? I really need to read the questions better before I open my mouth.

Yeah Ive checked both ends of the cable and both are good. Figured it was something in the gauge itself.
Hi Orange. Don't know what it would be worth. You could try an aftermarket tach. I would price it from kubota first. Getting the right one first time is worth some thing. Might be 18 bucks. Stranger things have happened. Good luck & keep us posted. Dusty
