I used to use PB Blaster as my penetrating oil of choice, until I tried a can of Deep Creep by Seafoam. It is more expensive than PB Blaster, but it works much better. Give it a try, and you will never use anything else in the future.
I mix 1/3 ATF with 2/3 acetone in a squirt bottle, beats them all.

Well my port a power is only 4 ton so it didn't do much of anything.

Took some oak blocks, a chain, binder and 20 tom jack, and it didn't budget it either.

To get to that one, with the reciprocating saw, I disconnected the curl cylinders and just let the SSQA hang there. It was tight but I was able to get the blade in there.

I'm sure I can get it cut, the issue is how to get the piece out after cutting. If I have nothing which can press it out now, after cutting isn't going to make it any better.

Just trying to figure best option before I think of cutting

I think I ended up drilling a hole all the way through the pin and used pipe and all thread along with some heat to get it moving. Once it moved it came on out.
