That's a great price for new a 1880/FEL/MMM, at least around this area (OH). Always wise to compare prices within a region.

Is 12,200 a good price for a bx1880 with loader and belly mower, brand new a good price
Did you go to the Kubota site, and build the exact tractor you are getting? If you got somewhere around 10% off the MSRP, you got a decent deal. More or less isn't a deal breaker. As noted above, depending on where you live could have an affect on that.

Seems like it!

Assuming you got the non-QA bucket, MSRP with a 54" mower would be like $15,000 so 12,200 would be a significant discount. Depending on other extras you could be doing better or worse ...things like filled tires, a cutting edge on the bucket, etc.

$12,200 sounds like a real good price! I was quoted over the phone yesterday $10,300 for a BX1880 w/48” belly mower. Probably can go in person and do a lot better. I have a larger compact diesel w/loader & attachments. And some of the attachments will work with the 1880. Just ready for a heavy duty mower. It’s hard to justify $6500 - $8000 for a 4-5 yr old model when you can get a new one w/warranty and 0% financing for not much more.

That price for a BX1880 seems to be what they are getting now. My BX1860 with MMM and FEL cost me 11,300 out the door in 2013. But the thing about my purchase in 2012 is that the BX1870's had just come out the previous year and I bought my BX1860 as a left over clearance. The dealer had a lot of BX1870's to sell and he wanted to get rid of that left over BX1860 for his cost, or so they told me.

When I got my 1880 I only went with the QA FEL and the front-mount hithc and snowblower as I have a decent JD ride-on mower. This spring I'm going to evaluate how well I could transition mowing my property with the Kubota, as well. It doesnt quite have the small turning radius of my JD and I wont be able to afford a bagger unit ($2800?!) but the idea of being able to sell my JD mower and have a single machine for FEL work, Mowing work and winter work would be fantastic!

My property has some inclines....will be interesting to see how they feel without the FEL on. Perhaps some wheel spacers would reduce the pucker factor.
